Biological Description 5-HT receptor agonist. Weak partial agonist at 5-HT3 (EC50 = 60 μM). (Ki values are 11 and 7.7 μM (as measured by inhibition of [3H] granisetron binding to 5-HT3A and 5-HT3AB receptors). Shows some selectivity for 5-HT2C over other 5-HT2 subtypes. 5-HT1C agonist.
