easy-BLUE Total RNA Extraction Kit Description easy-BLUE is a ready-to-use reagent for isolation of total RNA from cells and tissues. There is about 1-2x10-5 ㎍ of RNA per mammalian cell and we can theoretically obtain about 10-20 ㎍ of RNA by extracting 1x106 cells. During sample homogenization or lysis step, easy-BLUE reagent maintains the integrity of the RNA. The simplicity of the easy-BLUE method allows simultaneous processing of a large number of samples. The entire procedure can be completed in one hour. easy-BLUE facilitates isolation of a variety of RNA species of large or small molecular size. Total RNA isolated by easy-BLUETM is free of protein and DNA contamination. It used for RT-PCR, Northern blot hybridizations, RNase protection assays, differential display or as starting material for purification of mRNA for cDNA synthesis.
