The Fluoro H202 detection kit utilizes a non-fluorescent detection reagent, to detect H202. H202 oxidizes the detection reagent in a 1:1 stoichiometry to produce a fluorescent product resorufin. This oxidation is catalyzed by Peroxidase in a homogeneous no wash assay system. The detection reagent can be utilized to detect H202 release from cells or enzyme coupled reactions (1-7) |

应用 - 荧光酶标仪
检测原理：
荧光过氧化氢检测试剂盒采用了非荧光检测试剂，用来检测过氧化氢。过氧化氢氧化的检测试剂以1:1的比例混合，生产荧光产物9-羟基-3-异吩-唑酮。这种氧化反应是在过氧化物酶催化下的均质免洗检测系统中进行的。
该检测试剂可以用来检测细胞或酶偶联反应（1-7）中过氧化氢的释放。
